Systems and infrastructure supported by the Information Systems (IS) Department include:
- County wide network spanning 70 miles east to west and 50 miles north to south, connecting 11 geographic facilities and service locations, including fiber/copper/microwave data communications media, and consisting of 49 network infrastructure devices
- Data storage consisting of SAN and NAS (133 TB combined aggregate capacity)
- Email system supporting over 500 client/web accounts
- Endpoint devices consisting of over 600 windows based computing devices, over 200 smart phones and 85 printers.
- Phone system consisting of over 620 combined IP and analog telephony devices
- Server infrastructure consisting of 12 physical standalone and blade servers, and 60 virtual servers
