- If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, call 988.
- To report a public health emergency, call the Polk County Sherriff's Office at 218-281-0431 or 911. The Sheriff's Office will contact public health in the event of a public health emergency.
- If you are a physician wanting to report a Reportable Infectious Diseases, please call the Minnesota Department of Health at 651-201-5414 or 877-676-5414.
