Overview
The Board of Adjustment is a quasi-judicial body and is the hearing authority for variances from the standards of County ordinances and for appeals from any order, requirement, decision or determination of any administrative official regarding County ordinances.
The Board of Adjustment and a Planning Commission hear applications for:
- Administrative Reviews
- Conditional Use Permits
- Ordinance Amendments
- Plats
- Rezones
